Zan, the equivalent of “Like” in social media in Chinese, focuses on training flex workers to solve real problems in our existing social circles and communities.
Local businesses have historically been underserved by the card processing industry. By building a team of flex workers to dedicate attention to this market as Payments Advisors, Zan aims to optimize this market.
Zan was founded by Lily Chou Voellinger, a payments industry veteran with more than 17 years of experience working for Visa, MasterCard, and Fiserv. As a working mom with two young daughters, Lily craved flexibility in work. Zan was established so that people like Lily could maintain flexibility and address meaningful issues in the community.
